Living Your Values
Tools to bring values to life
Values make life meaningful
Values are the foundation of identity, decision-making and wellbeing. Identifying, clarifying and activating your values gives you confidence with an integrated sense of purpose. Shared values provide a roadmap for fostering collaboration, trust, engagement, belonging, governance, accountability, and focus with teams, organizations and families.
Values provide a sense of coherence for facing challenges, making aligned decisions, and strengthening relationships by turning values into action.
Living Values in Real Time
A small 8-week cohort connecting values to build purpose and clarity.
For people ready to stop managing alignment and begin living it.
You may already know your values.
What’s harder is living them cleanly — in real decisions, relationships, and moments that matter.
This cohort is for people who feel a quiet but persistent misalignment between what they care about and how life is actually being lived — and who are ready to close that gap with presence rather than effort.
This is not therapy. Not training. Not self-improvement.
What’s Included in the Living Values Cohort?
Who is this for?
Carry responsibility for others (families, organizations, communities)
Are navigating transitions in leadership, family systems, or aging
Have done significant inner work and don’t need more frameworks
Want greater ease, integrity, and lightness in daily life
Sense an emerging elder or steward role without wanting to disappear
Many participants are founders, educators, practitioners, parents, or grandparents — people whose choices shape others.

8–10 participants
8 weeks
90-minute weekly live virtual sessions
Clear start and clear end

How we work?
Each session includes:
Building a focused environment
Brief framing around values in action
Live inquiry with participants’ real situations
Collective reflection and sense-making
I do not teach content in the traditional sense and will be responsible for offering structured questions, approaches and jumping off areas of exploration.
I listen, track patterns, reflect what matters, and name leverage points — so you can move with clarity and confidence.

Praise for The Values Edge
“‘Values’ is used so frequently as to have lost much of its meaning yet defines our decisions, our relationships and our definition of who we are. Living Your Values is my go-to set of field-tested values-tools; providing learning journeys for individual reflection and sparking conversations which reduce conflict. Elevates connectivity and relationships in teams and bridges the gap between what you aspire to do and what you do.

“A ‘pioneer’ indeed, and an acolyte. These exercises are at the heart of the strategy work I’m doing with UHNW wealth management firms. Most (not all) are well-intentioned and have their virtues, but they are not truly virtuous until they’ve defined their purpose and values.”
— Jamie McLaughlin
CEO of J. H. McLaughlin & Co.
“These tools provide a superb way to stimulate reflective thinking and vibrant discussions. There are no easy answers to identifying what you most value. I use the Values Edge frequently to help leaders distill personal clarity that translates into powerful vision and mission. Living Your Values provides a path for leaders to create a values-based life, family, business, and culture.”
